Cover by Alex Seewald and Jone Ruiz of the very Romani/Flamenco Gerudo Valley theme by Koji Kondo. Gerudo Valley is home to the race known as the Gerudo. The main antagonist of the game, Ganondorf, was born in this land.
Putting this piece together was HARD. Because Flamenco. And with Flamenco, you have to be in time. And here you have 10 people from different parts of the world somehow managing to keep time. The guys did a wonderful job.
Kudos to Jone for adding some harmonies in the second run, and Eloi and James for achieving what is pretty much improv on the cajon and cello bass, respectively. And Shway inaugurated his Vihuela with this piece. We have talented people in The Collab Playground.
